Returns

You are not staisfied with your purchase or has your order been damaged during transport? That is unfortunate and we are very sorry to hear that.
Of course you can return your order in whole or in part. The items must be returned in the original packaging to the following address:

After receiving the items, we will send you a replacement item or transfer the order amount to you as soon as possible.
Please provide the return package with your details and bank account number.

- The return of the order must be reported in writing to us within 8 days of receipt (info@kings-queens.nl)
- In case of an incorrectly shipped item, the item must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging.
- Discounted items can not be returned or exchanged.
- The costs for returning the goods, will be reimbursed by us (provided the return is justified).
- If a consignment is returned, because the shipment can not be delivered to the address given, the addtional costs are charged to the customer.

Complaints

Do you have a complaint about a received item or Kings & Queens in general? We sincerely regret that and apologise! But please report it to us immediately and we will do our utmost to solve it for you (within the possible and reasonable of course).
We request you to report your complaint and/or comment to us in writing.
If it concerns a complaint about an article, we will decide in consultation with the supplier/producer whether the complaint is justified and what the solution will be. Because we do business with suppliers worldwide, it can take a while before we get a definite answer to your letter.
Complaints made over the phone or through the social media will not be processed.
