Welcome to the shipping and delivery page! Here you can read some details about your order from the moment you place your order until you receive your newest items. First you select the items you want to order. Then go to your shopping basket and check the selected items and quantities. You can go through the payment process with just a few clicks. Our store offers various payment and delivery methods, so you can choose which one suits you best.
Pick up in Roermond
You can choose to pick up your order in our shop in Roermond. We advise you to do this after our confirmation via email, so that you can be sure that the ordered items are actually present. In our shop you can pay in cash, but you may also choose to pay by debit or credit card (Mastercard/Visa). You can also redeem your VVV-Iris-cheques and VVV debit cards.
You prefer delivery?
Select the desired delivery service for your address/country. Enter the address where you would like the package to be delivered. This can also be a pick-up point of the parcel service. The recipient is responsible for ensuring that the package can be delivered to the specified address. Kings & Queens is not responsible for incorrectly stated delivery addresses. Costs resulting from incorrectly specified information and/or resending of returned orders will be charged to the recipient.
Orders with a minimum order amount of € 60,-* will be sent free of charge (only applies in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany).
For orders with an order amount under € 60,- we charge € 4,95 per package (max. 10kg) shipping costs (within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany).
For shipments to other countries we ask you to contact us.

All dates mentioned for delivery of the goods are only approximate. Kings & Queens will make every effort to ship and deliver the goods as soon as possible. If a product is not in stock, the complete order will be sent only when all ordered items are present. Should the buyer wish to have a part of the order sent earlier, the costs of this extra shipment will be charged to the customer.
Did you receive a broken items? We're very sorry to hear this and apologize for the inconvenience. You need to inform Kings & Queens within 7 workdays in writing. Please enclose a picture of proof as well. After receiving the returned broken item, we'll send you a replacing item free of charge.
You're not satisfied with the received item? Also then you can return the article. It must be unused, undamaged and packed in the original packing materials. After receiving and inspection of the returned items we'll reimburse you as soon as possible.
The buyer must comply with all laws the apply to the import of the goods in the country of destination.
